Where it started...
Jeb Gallman is a native of Crystal Springs, Mississippi and has always enjoyed curating eccentric flavors for food. Having home grown pepper gardens, he decided to try his hand at creating something special. First, he began dabbling in creating hot sauce recipes and eventually branched out into creating amazing seasonings and rubs.
